Master Gardener Class

The Texas AgriLife Extension Service and its volunteer arm The Highland Lakes Master Gardeners, will be starting a new class to become a Texas Master Gardener on February 23. The spring classes will be held mostly at the Marble Falls First United Methodist Church near HEB and some other area locations on Tuesday afternoons from 1 to 5 PM  till May 11.  Please check out the "about us" page to see if you would like to join us in the Master Gardener Program.  The Master Gardeners are a volunteer arm of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service.  All residents of Burnet County and the Kingsland, Horseshoe Bay, and Buchanan Dam area are invited to participate in the program.  It doesn't matter if you are experienced or are new to gardening, you will really enjoy this experience.  The instructors are some of the best in the state with some being local experts that are knowledgable about the plants for our area.  You will learn how to have a successful garden in the Texas hill country.
